If I had all of the money in the world... I'd get a Nikon D90. But it's too rich for my blood for now. Also, there's a website you can google called Nicole's Classes and she offers on-line classes and also has a photo 101 book that I got and love. Teaches you how to shoot in manual mode. There really is nothing about my digital SLR that I don't like. I'd rather have it than a point and shoot any day...Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03796914562129835229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2653635864028233171.post-55536772204550069462011-08-13T05:44:14.159-07:002011-08-13T05:44:14.159-07:00I have the Canon rebel xsi which I love. Those are the two I use the most. You'll keep the 18-55 on it most of the time but the other is great for catching the kids when they aren't aware you are taking pictures. It is a zoom so you can be fairly far from them and catch awesome shots. There really isn't anything I don't like about my SLR and I would buy this same camera over and over again! Have fun with it! They are great! Rick Rhodes does a photography class that is great for learning how to use it in manual mode if you don't already know how to do that.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13396224821036757385noreply@blogger.com
